Telkom is the worse network

My cellphone incoming calls showed unknown literally all my contacts that calls me shows unknown a week or two later i decided to take the phone to hawei in somerset west they said straight Telkom is the problem as they took my simcard out and put in another device still showed my incoming calls are unknown, then called telkom after a day or two this lady told me to swop sims and port my number we ended up going to telkom store in cape gate mall on the 28th July 2021 they self didn't know what to do, they swap the sims port no. Still shows unknown thereafter called telkom again the lady told me something of activating something and should wait 48hrs to 72hrs, i waited a couple of days still shows my incoming calls unknown, phoned telkom again spoke with a gentleman also activated something on the system and told me to check in the next two hours, checked after two hours still nothing after all of that i decided to give up then today i decided to call telkom and this lady told me a call was logged to the technician the 8th August 2021 and i told her i am still waiting but still no one called me up till now... I am very frustrated because now i can't see who called me what if it is an emergency then what i am actually considering in chaning my network and port my number to which ever network people come to me and say Telkom is worse network to be and i told them i have no problem with them but look now it has been more than a month. Seem clients are telkoms last concern.
