Telkom is the worse

I have had endless issues with Telkom, my services are suspended every month for the past 3 months even though payments are made, when I call to get clarity on why my account is suspended its always a spend limit issue, spend limit is updated yet it happens again

consultants put you on hold for over 30 minutes and ends the call no help from this service provider at all

disappointed and frustrated
