Telkom is the WORSE ever

I have been struggling for 3 days with Telkom already as our wifi is off and not working and nobody is giving answers and no technician showed up yet. I think its very unprofessional that they quick to phone for a late payment etc, but when it comes to service delivery they suck very badly. Considering to cancel all my Telkom stuff due to bad service. Last month it was off for 6 days and nobody pitched and they said they going to reimburse it on my next account which never happened. ***? Telkom is utterly unprofessional
