Telkom is the worse

I paid an amount of R700 towards my account and according to telkom I short paid R3.29 and for this reason my service has been suspended. I will now be charged for a reconnection fee of R400 because my service was suspended due to R3.29. Where is the logic Telkom, thats how you people are robbing us. The R3.29 will be added to the next month bill

How does that make any sense.

So unhappy with the service.
