<p>Telkom is the victim of Theft in this case.</p> <p>I am complaint for months now i pay my bill every month for Business uncapped 10mbps and i don't even get 1mbps. so Telkom did come out the cable was rotten so they give me a new cable and my people did install the cable for Telkom and i call Telkom again to let them know that the cable is in and they can connect it now. they did not come out so i went and connect it my self. still have a problem the upload is 6mbps and the download is 0.45mbps. SO MY QUESTION why do i pay land rental if telkom does noting to fix my problem. in my mind Telkom is a big ***** charging people Month and there product still not working done bother to call 10217 as its a call center and they can't help you. they only rest the internet ports and think the problem is fixed</p>
