TELKOM IS THE ****TIEST

I closed my wifi package deal with this company over 3 years ago. For the last couple of months I've started receiving invoices suggesting I'm in arears upwards of R9000. Basic breakdown of this absurdity is comprised of R200 "data" and R143 late payment fees. Here's the funniest part to all of this, what systems' genius figured that it made any sense to add data charges on an account that has been dormant or in arrears for more than 3 months?
