Telkom is the slowest, with the most *********** people

On the 28th of December 2021 I placed an order to upgrade my fibre line to a 100mb/s line. The lady said she has a technical issue and will phone me back. I have not heard from her ever since. Every time I call back, they tell me the order has not been completed yet and they will email the person that put in the order. My last call to them was yesterday 05 January 2022. And still I have not heard anything from them.
