Telkom is the real Helkom

The customer service is really terrible. I have x2 Sim card packages for R90 each per month. I wish to cancel one of these sim cards i have been struggling to get this done for more than a week with no one willing to help. Finally get the cancellation department on the line were they tell me i will have to pay R870 to cancel one of these sim cards (that i never used and a consultant told me i will be refunded for not using it!) I told them they kidding me i spoke to the Manager that was NO HELP at all and dropped the call in my ear. Really unprofessional service!!!!!!!!!!1
