I have been trying to resolve a wrong bill for the past 6 weeks. Have spoken to several people from billing to new sales and being send from pillar to post. i have several Ref numbers that gets closed without my problem being solved. All below refs closed: ************53A ***A ***

What do I have to do to get help. I am really desperate here. More worrying is my credit score that will be messed up by Telkom with their incompetence
