Telkom is the pits

Telkom Mobile is horrible. I mean, extremely horrible. The call centre is "inbound", calls cut and no one can call you back. You have to call back 4 times to explain the same issue again.

I spoke to Goodness Gasa, and I asked to speak to a manager - Menzi Ngubane. I am still waiting for Menzi to call me back. Heyi, life is difficult! Customer service has gone to the dogs.

DO NOT GO FOR TELKOM AS A PROVIDER. SIES!!!!
