TELKOM IS THE PITS

TELKOM IS THE PITS! They have great deals but once you sign up you are on your own. Telkom debited my account full amount on Thursday 25th May 2023, on Saturday they suspended my account due to non-payment. I went to Fourways Mall store because I couldn't get through to an agent on their 180 number, the consultant in the store told me there's nothing he can do I must keep trying the 180 until I get through.

Finally got through this morning (MONDAY), I'm told the payment does not reflect and it might take 7 working days. So when you debit the account, you have no idea if it was successful or NOT? Now I have to send a proof which will still go through documents department and and and...? You debit my account but your system does not reflect it???
