TELKOM is the pits!!!

I have been trying to get repairs for a cellphone that is insured. On top of my statement/invoice, ID and contract for insurance they are requesting that i should have a receipt from 2 years ago for them to book my device. I do not know how i am supposed to have the document if they do not have it from their records.

Stay away from TELKOM.
