Telkom is the pits

I bought Telkom data on the 31st of July 2019 for R350 the SIM card expired the 1st of August 2019 which the teller failed to inform me about and the sale went through the following Monday I inquired and only found out the SIM card expired and up to date no data has been reloaded or no re-embursedment.Every call and visit is a dead end.
