Telkom is the pits

Telkom is the pits, you can never rely on them to resolve anything or get hold of their customer service consultants for ANY department.

I have been waiting for a paid-up letter for weeks and they never answer calls or respond to emails, I went to their branches in Secunda and they promised they would call me in 45 Minutes, 24 hours later, I'm still waiting. I do not recommend Telkom to anyone.
