Absolutely pathetic service from Telkom.

Today is a 32 days since I placed my ADSL order and 31 days since I paid the Deposit. All you get is "sorry's", "escalations" "promises of feedback" and no actual feedback or service.

I'm sick & tired of even trying to phone for follow up.

Who has the time to hang on the line for nothing less than 20 minutes each time trying to get through.

Telkom is the pits!

Either give me the service or give me my money back!

Where is the promise to escalate my order for urgent delivery and installation? Today is a full month since I paid my R700.00 Deposit. Just please get my order resolved! I'm sick and tired of the poor & pathetic service from Telkom! I need my ADSL order ASAP PLEASE! My broadband Moblie Data Contract is not even working efficiently! This is NOT FUNNY anymore! You guys are heading for where the SABC is heading. Sort your **** out!

Thank you. Another escalation without any commitment is just smoke and mirrors. I'll believe that a relevant department will provide me with feedback when I get a proper commitment. Thanks though.
