Telkom is the pits !!!

The worst ever !!! I paid up my account in November 2023 and closed at the watercrest mall branch and everything went smooth, now when i want to by something on credit they informed me that i have missed 3 payments and when i asked which payment did i miss they say that its Telkom... which very odd because they were debting my account and i have never missed a payment when i call telkom they cant give me a straight answer as which month i have missed and that has affected my credit score... i Hate telkom with a passion
