Telkom is THE PITS!!!!

I was hijacked earlier this year , called Telkom and asked them to Block and suspend my Mobile wifi contract. none of that happened and I've been getting billed every month. tried to speak to different department managers who will agree and say they have suspended everything only to be billed again.

To say thAT Telkom's finance/account team are RIDICULOUS would be an understatement.
