Telkom is the personification of the word pathetic

Telkom deleted my fibre account from their exchange (according to their agents) for no reason and when I eventually get through to them an explnation could not be provided for why that was done. And to make it worst they can not tell me when the service will be restored. What exactly are we paying for? I had to cancel LTE service after 3 months of no signal and i was still charged an huge cancellation fee. If pathetic was a company it will definitely be TELKOM!
