TELKOM IS THE NEXT DENEL - SELL IT QUICK

If MTN takes over Telkom Mobile, I hope they will quickly find the person in charge of the Call Centre and show her the door. There is no management whatsoever, nobody takes any responsibility for anything. Calls are on first name terms, very friendly, but you can never get back to that person again - a waste of time even answering the phone. Telkom is going the same way as Denel best sell it for whatever you can get.
