Telkom is the network provider

Worst network store ever. Went to store last year and took out a month to month free me deal worth R70 which I'm told now that the person that assisted me put onto a 24 month contract. Which I still have now. Then I received a message stating I've taken another contract last month which I have no knowledge of taking. Went to the store and they say the only thing I can do is lodge cases but for the time being I must pay. They tell me if I cancel I'll get charged by I had no knowledge of it being a contract. The guy that assisted me said me come in anytime and cancel if I want. But he no longer works there. Worst network provider I've come across. Even if we call the customer call center they take for ever to answer. Now I must pay till it gets sorted out
