TELKOM IS THE MOST USELESS ISP EVER

<p>Should this not be resolved asap... i will be moving my business and will take legal action against Telkom... I ordered a new ADSL Line from telkom and below is a small insite to how **** Telkom treated me...</p> <p>- I was charged for a period whereby my ADSL Line was off</p> <p>- My line was suspended 4 times in the period of 4 months due to aparent none-payment however i was promised a credit for the pro-rata.</p> <p>- I was promised a call back twice from a Certain call centre manager by the name of David Stallenburg and when ever i call in to speak to him... conviniantly he's busy and will call and never does...</p> <p>- My line is still of and I'm paying for something i'm not using.</p> <p>I DEMAND urgent action or i will continue to go to the various papers</p>
