Telkom is THE most useless ISP

I opened my company in February this year. I naturally deciced to use telkom as my isp, the activated my existing line with no problems. I soon discovered what a big mistake, soon after the first month I was getting charge for things I didnt even ask for. They sorted that out (after many emails and phone calls later) but then I was experiencing extremely slow speeds. I was paying for a 4MB/s line but only syncing at 1 MB. I took this up with telkom and this is the response I received: \we cannot help you at the moment".<br> Worst part of all this is that i still had to pay for a 4MB line that i couldnt use and when i refused they set thier lawyers on me.
