Telkom Is The Most Pathetic Network Provider

Firstly I've got to mention that Telkom is officially ranked at the bottom of the list with regards to customer service. <br> I took up a contract with them in October last year and I've had nothing but problems since then, it's officially been the worst decision I've ever made to date! I have a contract for the Note 4, but the amazing part is that the network on the phone does not even work, I've been to numerous Telkom stores in the Durham area for assistance only to hear that the sun is damaged and id need for them to perform a sim swap, up to date I've done 7 sim swaps yet it still does not work. I've now found out that the first batch of note 4's had a faulty card reader. Come on seriously. Either Samsung or Telkom need to come to the party. Help please.
