Telkom is the most inconvenient and inconsiderate service provider

Telkom has been the worse service provider since I've been using it , actually my first hand experience with them the call centre is the most disgusting I have to say, I'm on pre-paid their ***** department decides to suspend my number because they say it's not Ricad on my name I have sent the Rica documents now twice except the fact the SIM card was already showing its Ricad on my name when I did a sim swap when I lost my old. Phone but now they keep sending me from pillar to post and that is my Primary number. I have been applying for jobs what if I can't get the job because of one stupid person in the entire ***** department who suspended my number by mistake as they say
