Telkom is the most *********** company!

Telkom is by far the most *********** company I’ve ever dealt with. They have been disconnecting by WiFi service every second day. Every time I call I get different advice from the agents. I have paid for a service however, I am not receiving it. I spoke to an agent on Saturday and my line was activated, today, they’re telling me that I need to wait 5 hours to have it activated. The managers don’t want to take calls and expect agents to keep telling customers that they just have to wait. Agents also advise that managers are unable to call us back as they’re an outbound department nor is there a transfer policy. How am I going to be compensated for all the hours of downtime that I’ve paid for??!
