TELKOM IS THE MOST HORIBLE COMPANY!!!!!

Can someone just help with this PATHETIC Company.Cancelled my Contract almost 6 months ago the lady says noo she will cancel it.They Keep debit me.Everytime I call in must wait hours on the line and then the consultant ALSO DONT KNOW WHATS GOING ON, WHAT TO DO!!!! OR HOW TO HANDLE IT.NOBODY knows there work or can assist. And they keep taking money dont give a ****. I had a contract for 2 years that didnt work becuase of theere people dont knownwhat they are talking about.And now they keep debit me for somethint thate Cancelled!!!!
