Telkom is the Most disgusting company with arrogant consultants (Tshepiso Lauret,)

The Most disgusting company that I don't wish anyone should engage with its Telkom and its consultants, they have no sense of customer satisfaction at all.

Telkom has been billing me on the phone that the contract expired on the 26th of January 2018, then I was not informed or anything before I could just use their ****** weak chat room. The arrogant consultant from the group chat is Tshepiso Lauret, I asked her my first question then immediately after answering she just decided to log-off. I'm so ****ed and developed too much hatred for Telkom along with its consultants.

The rooter that was advertised as R369.00 for 40 gig daylight, and 40 gig nightowl its all a lie because I was billed R605.22 and only getting 20gig daylight and 20 gig night, Where's the fairness in all this

I hate Telkom with all my heart.
