Telkom is the company with the pooooooorest worst bad service EVER!!!!!!

My internet is off for 1 week now I logged a call And called each and everyday to find out when will they send a Technician. Its 1 week later still no internet. Im working from home and need the internet Telkom didn't forget to take their debit order this month even though I don't have internet. The complaints department doesn't answer the phone. No wonder Telkoms service is sooooo bad. I regret the day I chose Telkom. I send numerous emails Called each and every department Still NO INTERNET!!!!!! And no technician!!!!!
