Telkom is the company equivalent of cold sores.

Telkom is by far and away the most inept, underhanded and ************ company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I have now attempted to cancel my account on 4 occasions in person(Spanning a year) and they have been “unable” to do so. Not only have they been unable to repay me since my cancellation (dec 2019) but they have also continued to debit my account. Month in, month out I am paying for an account I don’t even use. They have terrible customer service, ridiculously complex cancellation procedures and their company colors annoy my eyes.

Bare with me as I attempt a metaphor:

Telkom is an omniscient, hateful tick that sucks the blood from its victims while simultaneously poisoning them.

If I had the choice between living in a world without telecommunications if it meant the eradication of Telkom, I would think hard about that decision.

Telkom is a boil on the **** of South Africa’s dogs ****.
