Telkom is the bottom of the barrel

I have had no internet for 3 days... it turns in for 5 mins and nothing and does this repeatedly throughout the day. So in total I get about an hour of internet daily. I contacted them and they said they were doing something to improve it... but surprise surprise... nothing changed. Their wait times are horrible... their customer service agents are horrible... they dont solve any problems but act as though issues have been resolved. Just a horrible company. Why are we paying monthly for almost no internet????
