Telkom is the biggest load of *******

We signed up for WiFi upgrade to fiber with Telkom who are supposed to arrange for Vumatel to complete the fiber installation. It has been over a month now and each time we call to follow up not only are we subjected to their rude and unhelpful customer service staff but they never follow through on what they say they will do and they cut you off the call mid-way. It takes about 30 minutes to get through to a call centre agent so you can o my imagine the frustration of being cut off out of sheer incompetence and unwillingness to help. Telkom if you do not want our business then just say so. This nonsense cannot be tolerated!
