Telkom is the biggest ******!!!!!

Telkom is just ripping people of. My husband had a telkom adsl with them. After we could not afford it to pay, it was cut off and we could not use it. But since then they are adding to his account even dough we are not able to use it, and he did request it to be cancelled, a few times and no one got back to him regarding the problem. Telkom just say he must pay it. How the hell do you get you phone bill on R16 000.00, and even worst where the hell do we get that money.
