Telkom is the Biggest ********

I got myself a laptop with Telkom they kept sending me a message every month that I owe them R1818.09 I called the company that was claiming these funds from me stating that I payed it directly to Telkom these messages then stopped. Months later I then went onto my clear score because I wanted to see my credit profile I noticed that Telkom has listed me as default with over R6000 with much trouble I then called them disputing this. They asked me for proof of payment I stated that this happened so long ago that these documents will now cost me to download & send. Now less than 2 months after I discovered all this they telling me I owe them R8088.79 how is it that any of this makes any sense for an account that according to them was already at the end payment to now still be accumulating interest & this much. They are con artist & this is not the 1st time they try cheating me out of my money.
