Telkom is the best of the worst at the hall of fame

I signed up for a contract for Smart broadband wireless x2 (***) at “Telkom” about two years ago. I then went back to cancel the contract and have since had endless problems where I went to the Cate Gate branch and spoken to several members, I went to N1 City and spoke to several members and a family member of mine even forwarded a mail to the branch manager at Tyger Valley. They told me that someone will collect the Smart broadband wireless, which they did. I’ve taken all the steps to follow up and it got me nowhere and till this very day I’ve only received a bill of R3161.65.
