The Customer Care agents at Telkom Mobile Customer Care, 10210, are simply amazing. They are well trained and very excited to assist their clients. Even if they are working the graveyard shift. I know Telkom forever and would easily recommend them to anyone. Their service is top quality and their management team are doing great work. It shows in their staff and service. I have had absolutely no issues as the customer care team are doing their jobs and follow-ups are done on time, everytime. Not once have I asked for anything to be escalated to a manager or felt that my issues were not being addressed. Thank you Telkom for taking care of your clients and having an amazing Support Team. I really hope you guys are investing in your staff, as they deserve more. They are keeping this place alive! Love you lots like Jelly Tots :)
