Telkom is the absolute worst, most ********** network ever!!!!!

Absolute worst network EVER!!!!!!!!!! I will never be affiliated with Telkom ever again for anything. Not my wifi or cell phone contract. My wifi has been down for 2 weeks now with no assistance, response or addressing of calls. Furthermore my cell reception is practically non-existent and I am therefore unable to use my phone as a hotspot or for general purposes such as internet use and calls. I may as well not even have any devices. This is the end of the road for us. And yet we still have to pay for something that is not working. So basically we're being ****** and there is nothing you can do about it. I have learnt the hard way and will not be giving them a penny of my money ever again. I would rather pay more and be guaranteed quality for other networks.
