TELKOM IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST

Terrible terrible terrible. Trying to contact their call center is a nightmare. After wrongfully getting my account suspended i try to contact anybody who can help me at this "call center", I do understand that working remotely from home is a challenge as i work from a call center myself, BUT to keep me on hold for 30min only to be "put through" to a different department who then conveniently just drops your call is INFURIATING to say the very least. Seriously considering just cancelling my account (which will cost me money) because of this horrible "customer service" (or rather neglect there of).
