Telkom is the absolute worst

I honestly don’t know anymore. I moved my landline and WiFi in December 2018 and I waited until beginning of Feb and they did not have an answer. I then decided to cancel all their services which was only finalized at the end of MAY. They threatened to hand me over if I don’t pay - this was for a services I was not even using. They finally realized that there was a mistake and now they owe me money but I’m struggling to get it from them. This is really infuriating
