Telkom is the absolute worst!

I can’t actually believe I have to resort to this - I’ve calling Telkom for MONTHS to send a technician to my residence to fix my connection. Paying exorbitant monthly amounts for a service I am not getting!! EVERY time I call I log a fault and ask for a technician, NOT ONE has come in months!

The clincher? This morning I phoned the call centre to try and sort out again and they blatantly hung up the phone. I cannot believe this is even acceptable.
