Telkom is the absolute worst!

Don't even deserve one star! Worst company and literally no one knows what is going on, and no one wants to work! Keep on referring from one department (billing) to another department (sales), and vice versa! And then, they have the audacity to request you to rate their level of service after the call. Absolutely pathetic. But then again, my brother did warn me against going to Telkom.
