This is the worst mobile contract ever. I took a 2year data contract . When it expired I phoned, emailed to cancel but they didn't cancel. They told me to cancel online. The website was a struggle. I sent emails and called but they continued billing me. I hot tired on the 2and month, went to a branch, cancelled the contract but they still billed me. That time I have stopped using their service for 2 months. I then stopped and reversed the money they were unduly charging me. They changed a reference number and billed me R850. I reversed. Called them but they don't budge. I learned that I not the only customer complaining about the same. I reasoned with them to give me the data for 3 months, coz I never used them, then I will pay the necessary amount. They don't want to give me. They just want to unduly enrich themselves at my expense. They are like a boyfriend who doesn't want to understand that it is over.
