TELKOM IS TERRIBLE!!!!1

Telkom has by far the worst service we have ever received. They made a mistake on our bill and our account went from being R823.00 per month and the next month it was R7000.00 We then lodged our dispute with Telkom already in September 2018. We got no response even after phoning multiple times to find out the status of our dispute. We then got a phone call where Telkom admits to them making the mistake on the account and it was not our account to pay and they will rectify this, going as far as to send us an sms to say that our dispute was resolved. They said that they would even send a letter to us to state that the account was cleared. This was supposed to be done by the beginning of December 2018 however; to date nothing as been done and our account has still not been rectified. If you thinking of going to Telkom DO NOT DO IT. They are useless and have no concept of time or the ability to resolve anything even when it was admitted it was their mistake.
