Telkom is terrible

I call a business line and get no support.

I call and call and get through but two female agents kgotso and another lady both answer and immediately mute themselves. You can hear the mute. Im trying to reconfigure my router but you cant get ppoe without a tin number which has been canceled. Ive tried so mamy numbers and as one transfers to another it cuts out. Telkom please fix my tin number. Call me thereafter so that i can configure pppoe. Tin is :***.
