TELKOM IS TERRIBLE DONT USE THEM FOR ADSL

<p>A while back i wrote a review regarding telkom and the issues ive had. Well nothing has changed got a reference number from them AI ********** and absolutely nothing has happened. Telkom social media team email you to tell you they working on the problem but then leave it there. Is this country THAT bad that we dont take pride in our work. Why have people become so lazy or yet havent had the proper training to assist a customer. Telkom has probably got the worst name in any buisness and yet they still dont change the service levels. So frustrating. Yet our hard earned money that we pay to Telkom which in turn pays for there salaries is been wasted. Absolutely terrible. Going to cancell as soon as i find something else.</p>
