Telkom is terrible, do not go down this road

Im very disappointed in the service i have received from Telkom mobile insurance. My phone was ****** and i followed the correct procedures of blocking the number, reporting to the police, getting a case number, itc number and collating documents to hand over to telkom insurance. I was told that the will not replace my phone because the ******* took out my sim card. I have emailed numerous times to follow up but to no avail, not a single person from Telkom has responded to my emails or questions or request! WORST service ever. What is the point of paying for insurance if they do not pay out pr replace ****** goods. I live in JOHANNESBURG crime is a real thing. I would discourage anyone from signing up with Telkom mobile
