Telkom is terrible and useless

<p>I have had this problem of my business line with telkom for some time now. I have been unable to call or receive calls, when I report it to telkom they just log in a fault and will do nothing about it. As I speak now the problem is still there and telkom keep telling me that a technician has been dispatched. Please judge this matter and help me solve the situation.</p>
