Telkom is terrible

It's been 4 months now that telkom has been charging us penalty fees when they are the ones not deducting the money for our wifi via debit order, we signed up for them to deduct it via debit order on the 31st / last day of the month, but they never deduct the money then we need to transfer it to them the next day and still end up getting charged penalty fees and they switch off the wifi until you pay the fee, and don't even waste your time to try and get ahold of them over the phone.
