Telkom is terrible!

Terrible customer service, absolutely **********. My line is down for possibly the 4th time this year if not more, they don't respond to my messages, I can't get feedback, I don't know when or how I'm getting my Internet and line back. They just don't care and I'm tired of it now. You must pay them before you get your service but they don't care about service delivery.
