Telkom is terrible

Telkom service is terrible! I had problems with my salary as it reflected a day later in my bank ,that was end of May and none of my debit orders went off. Immediately the 1 June I went and pay my bills including Telkom. June debit orders went off as normal even Telkom debit order went off as should. Yesterday we get a invoice from Telkom with R202 extra for end of July due to May month debit order who didn't go off for activation. Activation for what when my service wasn't suspended? Like seriously what happened to the 3-7 days grace period to pay your account? Oh and don't get me wrong when you call in and query then the consultant still give you attitude as this is not the first time it has happened and are talking from experience. It's lockdown and you still wanna do this? This is day light *******! Can someone please assist.
