Telkom is terrible

For the last few weeks I have been struggling to contact them to talk about my account, nobody called me back every person I spoke to tells me a different story, and nobody can give me an answer this morning I was on the line for 20min waiting to speak to a manager, but you guys are quick to take the money but to a service is to ****ing difficult
